At Mimshack Wellness Koncept, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure every product arrives in excellent condition and performs as intended.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item arrives damaged during delivery.
- The wrong item was supplied.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To qualify for a return, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used water ionizers
- Opened filters or consumables
- Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
- Clearance, promotional, or special-order items unless defective
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect:
- Contact our customer support team immediately.
- Provide your order number.
- Submit photographs or videos showing the issue.
- Our technical team will review the claim and provide further instructions.
Approved claims may qualify for:
- Product replacement
- Repair service
- Store credit
- Refund where applicable
Refund Process
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for inspection and approval
- Additional processing time depending on your financial institution
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process will apply.
